The works of artists like William Blake or David Lnych are strongly influenced by the experience of their own dreams. For others, creating an unique work of art is their greatest dream. But almost all artists are united by the desire for recognition. Sometimes it does not succeed and always remains a dream.
In the event series On Dreaming the Goldstein Gallery deals with these multi-layered aspects of dreaming in relation to artistic practice.
