From 4 May 2022! The new event series On Knowledge is dedicated to the relationship between art and knowledge in artistic practice. The increased availability of information and knowledge also increases the autonomy of artists in acquiring knowledge in connection with their intellectual and craft development. This aspect will be addressed as well as the general role of craft and the different modes of its application in art.
On Knowledge is one of twelve themes with which Goldstein Gallery has been addressing the practices, themes and aspects of artistic work since mid-2020. Previous themes have been On Collecting, On Travelling, On Connecting, On Playing, On Writing and On Fleeing.
Guests include Babak Sayahzadeh, Julius Bockelt, Anne König and many more.
