Starting April 2, the continents of Africa, Antarctica, and South America from Julia Krause-Harder’s textile world map will be on display in the exhibition “Landsichtssache” at the Musée Visionnaire in Zurich. The exhibition presents works and projects by various artists who explore how we view the world, the claims to truth made by maps, and what—even in their highest precision—they inevitably fail to capture.
All of these artists question how we perceive the shape of the world, how we position ourselves within it, and how, through our being and actions, we not only change the way we look at the map but also the map itself.
WHERE Musée Visionnaire, Predigerplatz 10, 8001 Zurich OPENING Tuesday, April 1, 2025, from 6 p.m. DURATION April 2 – October 12, 2025 OPENING HOURS Thu – Sat, 2 – 6 p.m. MOREinformation here
